POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to high-profile projects and complex legal matters within the energy sector. We are seeking talented individuals who are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.

   Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on energy, sustainability and infrastructure projects, with a focus on RES/BESS and related acquisition, development, investment and financing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with legal regulations.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence exercise, draft agreements, and provide strategic advice to clients on complex legal issues.
• Drawing up EPC, O&M, DS Agreements and ancillary documents.
• Advice on regulatory matters (with emphasis on project licensing).
• Participate in negotiations, due diligence processes, and contract reviews to safeguard our clients’ interests.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide innovative legal solutions.

  Qualifications:

• B. degree from a reputable Greek University.
• M. degree from a well-recognized university preferred (specialized in Public or Commercial Law).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in a multinational environment or top-tier law firm specializing in energy projects is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to approach legal matters with a business-oriented mindset.
• Dedication to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
