  • Piraeus Bank S.A. on the sale of its NPL Portfolio to APS Delta S.A. (Project Arctos - 2018);
  • All Greek systemic banks namely Alpha Bank, Eurobank, National Bank of Greece and Piraeus, on their entry into an innovative servicing agreement with Italian credit institution doBank S.p.A. for the creation of a €2bn servicing platform for the NPEs/NPLs (Project Solar – 2018);
  • Alpha Bank A.E. on the sale by securitization of an NPL SMEs portfolio to Apollo (Project Jupiter – 2018);
  • The four Greek systemic banks on the sale of the majority participation stake in Selonda S.A. and Nireus S.A.;
  • The Single Special Liquidator for all credit and financial institutions under special liquidation in Greece (PQH S.A.) on the sale of a secured portfolio which includes loan claims from financial institutions under special liquidation;
  • Alpha Bank S.A., Eurobank Ergasias S.A., HSBC France (Athens Branch) and Piraeus Bank S.A. on the €91.300.000 debt refinancing of Lamda Domi Real Estate Exploitation and Services S.A. (Project IBC-2018).
