Nikolas focuses on public procurement, privatizations, concessions and public–private partnership projects.

He advises domestic and international clients on the full lifecycle of public procurement procedures and complex commercial transactions, including the preparation and participation in public tenders, as well as the drafting, interpretation and negotiation of concession and commercial agreements. He also has experience in legal due diligence, corporate governance, and compliance matters, with a solid background in civil and corporate law and exposure to dispute resolution and procedural issues.
