We advise clients on all construction-related legal needs covering the life-cycle of a construction project, from the drafting of tender and project documentation to the resolution of disputes arising out of projects.

Our clients are some of the largest sponsors, developers and contractors. At the same time, we also represent major lenders and the Greek State. We advise on procurement, drafting tender documentation and prepare and negotiate commercially appropriate, special conditions for all major forms of construction contracts, as well as bespoke contracts and ancillary documents, including financial support arrangements, concession contracts, joint venture agreements, technology supply and license agreements, and operation and maintenance contracts. We also work with clients from early dispute management and avoidance, to conducting the advocacy at the arbitration or court hearings.
