• NN Hellas on the sale of two (2) multi-storey buildings of offices in Marousi, Attica, to Grecotel S.A. and Hellenic Properties S.A. accordingly, with a transaction value exceeding €12 million, as well as the sale and acquisition of high value real properties in Attica and across Greece.
• Alpha Real Estate Services on acquiring Higr S.A., a Hines Management Group Inc controlled company and owner of Academy Gardens Retail Park — a high-value commercial complex of more than 22,000 sq.m. on Kifisou Avenue, Attica, hosting a wide mix of retail stores, office premises, and F&B outlets, including major international brands.
• Alpha Real Estate Services on acquiring Greco Delta S.A., a Dromeus Capital Group controlled company holding a prime real estate asset of more than 3,500 sq.m. of premium office space in Marousi’s business district.
• ZOIA acquiring full ownership of whole-building assets in the centre of Athens.
• Matrix Pack on acquiring real estate properties for the development and expansion of its industrial facilities.
• A Greek systemic bank in connection with the financing of a leading steel manufacturing company in Greece, including legal due diligence on its real estate portfolio and perfection of mortgage prenotations, with an aggregate value exceeding €120 million.
• Daygroup on real estate issues regarding the innovative compound of buildings developed at Athens Riviera Voula, project “One South”, and the luxurious building in Glyfada, project “One G”.
• Various clients on acquiring land plots and luxury apartments in Athens Riviera, within the Ellinikon.
