We are proud to announce that Koutalidis Law Firm has been named Greece Law Firm of the Year at the IFLR Europe Awards 2026 ceremony, which took place in London on 11th June,— one of the most authoritative recognitions of legal excellence and innovation in European financial law.
But the evening didn’t stop there.
Our Corporate / M&A team took home the Deal of the Year award in the M&A category, for the Euronext / Athens Stock Exchange transaction — a defining cross-border deal that put Greece firmly on the map of European financial markets.
Our Banking & Finance and Capital Markets team was recognised with the Impact Deal Award – Greece in the Debt & Equity-linked category, for its work on the CrediaBank AT1 and Tier 2 Notes issuance — a landmark transaction in the Greek capital markets landscape which further strengthened the capital base and established CrediaBank as a challenger bank in the Greek banking system.
