– Advising Piraeus Bank S.A. on the €275 million secured bond loan issued by Aktor Concessions S.M.S.A., including support on several drawdowns, and a significant corporate transformation following the sale of 100% of Aktor Concessions’ shares to Aktor Special Concessions and PPP Projects by Ellaktor S.A., and advising on amendments to the financing and security documentation to reflect the new shareholder structure;
-Advising Piraeus Bank S.A. and Eurobank S.A. in connection with the €195,137,666 debt financing granted to the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator S.A. under the Recovery and Resilience Facility scheme, co-financed by the Greek State, to support HEDNO’s eligible investment plan for the installation of smart meters across Greece;
-Supporting the syndicate of all Greek systemic banks and Alpha Bank, in particular, in connection with multiple financings of Athens International Airport, including an RRF-backed facility for the installation of PV stations with battery energy storage system and heat pumps.
