Her expertise covers the due diligence of real estate portfolios, drafting SPAs, pre-agreements and reservation agreements, and providing guidance on complex real estate matters including planning and zoning law issues. In addition, Dora is actively involved in negotiating and drafting of commercial lease or mixed agreements, and real estate management contracts, including those for hotels.
