Maria focuses on Banking & Finance and Corporate Law.

She advises clients on a range of financing transactions and regulatory matters relating to the financial services sector and securities. She assists on a variety of matters by conducting legal research, contributing to due diligence reports and preparing and reviewing legal and transactional documentation in connection with various financing arrangements, including corporate, structured and project finance transactions.

In addition, she has experience in corporate and commercial law matters, including advising on corporate law issues and drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
