The award was presented at a distinguished ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster, London on 3 April 2025.

IFLR1000 recognized the groundbreaking legal work involved in Greece’s largest IPO in two decades. This transaction required innovative solutions to successfully navigate the complexities of a major privatization within a dynamic market environment, establishing a unique framework for the first combined (international and Greek) offering in Greece in nearly 20 years, supported by national and international financial institutions.

We are particularly proud of the dedication of our team on this transaction.
