COVID-19: our firm’s commitment to our people, clients and community

As the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) continues to spread, taking into account official guidelines for the slowdown of the pandemic and with the aim of safeguarding the health and safety of our people and the community, we have been applying contingency strategies for infection control. These include, inter alia, the application of enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols in our offices, implementing and regularly updating policies for personnel, restricting business travel and monitoring personal travel, encouraging work from home and limiting physical meetings to the absolutely necessary.

In parallel, we have put in place business continuity plans that allow us to continue operating, limiting disruption to the extent practicable. Our systems allow us to work remotely by having access to business e-mails, electronic files and the Firm’s databases, as well as organizing and participating in conference calls and video calls. We have been and will continue to be in communication with our Firm’s IT providers so as to ensure timely delivery of services to our Clients.

We continue to actively monitor and adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the health and welfare of our people, our clients and our community being foremost in our thoughts and efforts.
