WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are currently looking for an Associate lawyer to join its dynamic M&A legal practice. Our ideal applicant is a bright and ambitious lawyer who is committed to providing clients with excellent service and who focuses on producing high-quality work and remaining true to our values to fulfill our professional vision.

You will join a busy, growing team dealing with a diversified client portfolio including corporate transformations, public and private acquisitions, privatisations as well as complex commercial matters and corporate work. We advise the full range of market participants: purchasers, sellers, target companies, financial advisors, sponsors, and stakeholders in domestic and international transactions.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• University degree in Law and postgraduate degree (LLM or equivalent).
• Qualified lawyer (in Greece) with relevant legal qualifications.
• At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience in M&A and Corporate and Commercial Law, preferably in a top-tier Greek or leading international firm.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken professional English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and research skills.
• Strong technical, drafting, and commercial skills.
