Koutalidis Law Firm advised NN Hellas on its merger by way of absorption of ΝΝ Hellas ΙΙ (former MetLife). The legal merger follows the completion of the acquisition process of the MetLife business operations in Poland and Greece.
The merger will integrate two complementary portfolios and increase the footprint of NN Hellas in the Greek market, creating the largest insurance company in Greece in the life and non-life sectors.
