Anastasia is a member of the Energy & Infrastructure Department. She focuses her practice on Energy Law and Regulatory Compliance, with expertise in Environmental, European, and Public Law.

She has a strong understanding of the Greek energy regulatory framework and regularly advises on licensing, grid access, and infrastructure development. Her practice also includes preparing and managing legal documentation, supporting dispute resolution, and providing strategic legal and policy input in line with EU directives.

Anastasia – Ioanna was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2022 and joined our firm in 2025. Prior to joining Koutalidis Law Firm, Anastasia - Ioanna worked as a Legal Advisor at the Regulatory Authority for Water, Waste and Energy (RAAEY) providing legal analysis on energy, waste, and water sectors.
