His practice also extends to capital markets and securities transactions, allowing him to provide clients with comprehensive support on complex corporate matters. He regularly assists domestic and international clients in navigating the legal intricacies of acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.

As a key member of the M&A department, Aris is actively involved in all stages of the transaction lifecycle. This includes conducting detailed legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements and other core transactional documents, and advising on deal structuring and relevant corporate governance issues.
