  • Participation in the team representing the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) in an LCIA Arbitration against OPAP’s major shareholder.
  • Participation in the team representing Fraport Greece (Concessionaire of the 14 regional airports) before Technical Dispute Resolution Proceedings as well as before ICC Arbitrations between the Concessionaire and the Hellenic Republic.
  • Participation in the team representing ANEK LINES in an LMAA Arbitration against Minoan Lines.
  • Participation in the team representing “KRITIKA GOLF S.A.” in a major litigation against the Municipality of Hersonissos.
