Chrysanthi holds a wide range of transactional and advisory experience with a focus on M&A, capital markets and banking & finance transactions. Her track record includes advising on international rights offerings and other equity offerings, Greek and cross-border M&A transactions, large scale financings, complex debt and equity restructurings, NPL portfolio sales and tender offers.

Prior to joining Koutalidis Law Firm, Chrysanthi worked in the corporate and banking department of another major international law firm.

  • Alpha Leasing in its restructuring including the entering into a binding agreement with Bain affiliate for the transfer of Andros portfolio.
  • Deutsche Bank, in connection with the acquisition by Euronext N.V. of a controlling stake in the Athens Exchange Group (ATHEX) through a voluntary tender offer (shares exchange).
  • Alpha Bank in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Alkanor S.M.S.A., a company controlled by the real estate development company DIMAND S.A. and owning the landmark mixed-use real estate complex located in the centre of Athens and formerly housing the iconic MINION department store.
  • Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of HIGR S.A., a Hines Management Group Inc controlled company and owner of Academy Gardens Retail Park — a high-value commercial complex of more than 22,000 sq.m. on Kifisou Avenue, Attica, hosting a wide mix of retail stores, office premises, and F&B outlets, including major international brands.
  • Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in GRECO DELTA S.A., a Dromeus Capital Group controlled company holding a prime real estate asset of more than 3,500 sq.m. of premium office space in Marousi’s business district.
  • The shareholders of Vertitech S.A. (operating as Classter, a Greece-based provider of end-to-end student information systems for educational institutions worldwide) in relation to the sale of 100% of their shares to Bayan Software Inc.
  • The founders of Flexfin Ltd (fintech factoring company) in relation to the sale and transfer of their shares to a 100% subsidiary of Alpha Bank S.A.
  • 4finance Holding S.A., one of Europe’s leading digital consumer lending groups, on the sale of TBI Bank EAD, via its subsidiary TBI Financial Services Limited B.V., to Advent International.
