Evangelia demonstrates a particular interest in M&A, Commercial Law and Corporate Law.

As a member of the M&A Department, she supports the team in advising on and implementing corporate transactions, while contributing to due diligence processes, conducting legal research and handling the drafting of legal memos and transactional documentation.

Furthermore, she has hands-on experience in Civil Law, particularly in the areas of the Law of Obligations, Family Law and Property Law.
