Evdoxia’s area of expertise is Banking, Corporate, and Capital Markets Law.

She regularly advises domestic and foreign clients with respect to take-over bids and NPLs transactions, as well as bond loan issuances, credit facility agreements and establishment of securities.

Before joining Koutalidis Law Firm, Evdoxia has acted for fifteen years as an in-house legal counsel for major Greek Banks, gaining experience both as an advisor and as a litigator in the banking sector.

  • Providing advice to Goldman Sachs acting as advisor of the bidder in the context of the voluntary takeover bid addressed to the shareholders of ELLAKTOR S.A.,
  • Providing advice to Bidder in Project Frontier II (NPLs portfolio sale),
