Evi focuses on international and domestic direct and indirect taxation. She advises both domestic and multinational clients on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions and family office structures.

She has gained significant experience in complex international tax matters during her time in Luxembourg where she advised asset managers on the tax structuring of cross-border private equity and real estate investments as well as on the structuring of alternative investment funds. Additionally, she served as a tax policy advisor to the former Minister of Finance, contributing to the drafting of tax legislation.
