George is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice, specializing in a broad range of financing and capital markets transactions, including bond loans and securitizations. He is also involved in regulatory matters relating to capital markets and financial services.

His experience also encompasses work on derivatives, repurchase agreements, collateral management, and investment funds.

Prior to joining our Firm, George gained valuable experience at the legal department of a leading International Central Securities Depository (ICSD) in Brussels, and a tier-1 law firm in Luxembourg.
