  • Nexi S.p.A. on the successful completion of its strategic partnership with Alpha Bank in the area of digital payments. The concentration was cleared unconditionally by the HCC,
  • PPCR S.A. and HELECTOR S.A. with respect to the set-up of a Joint Venture and strategic partnerships in RES-related projects, spanning merger control clearances and vertical supply agreements to information exchange between competitors. The transaction was cleared unconditionally by the HCC,
