Konstantinos focuses on Corporate Law and M&A. His practice extends from providing day-to-day corporate law advice to international and domestic corporations to drafting and negotiation of contracts in complex commercial transactions and corporate restructurings.

He also has considerable experience in banking law and finance, having acted in several structured finance and debt restructuring projects, including NPL securitizations.
