Martha focuses on data protection, regulatory compliance and intellectual property law. She also focuses on administrative law, and she regularly advises clients on public procurement. She is a member of the Data Privacy, TMT and Public Law Departments.

Prior to joining the firm, Martha worked at the European Commission, in Brussels (Directorate General of Informatics) where she was involved in public procurement and the data protection issues arising in the contracts between the European Commission and its main IT suppliers.
