She has provided legal counsel to banks, investment firms and credit rating agencies, on matters such as securitisation of NPLs, digital onboarding and the provision of financial services. Nike is member of the Banking and Finance Practice of our Firm.

- Alpha Bank in relation to the issuance of €750,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Senior Preferred Notes due 2033 under its €15,000,000,000 EMTN Programme, listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and the voluntary tender offer for the purchase of its outstanding €450,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Senior Preferred Notes due 2027 for cash, as part of its active liability management strategy.
- Alpha Bank S.A. in relation to the issuance of €500,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Green Senior Preferred Notes under its €15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, which are listed and admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE),

- Advising Aegean Motorway S.A. (the concessionaire of the Maliakos Kleidi section of PATHE Motorway) on the refinancing of its existing senior and subordinated debt financing and financing of the senior debt service reserve by National Bank of Greece S.A., Piraeus Bank S.A., Alpha Bank S.A. and Eurobank S.A., i.e. all Greek systemic Banks up to amount of circa €419 million,
- Advising HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH on the sale of its 17% equity stake in the Olympia Odos motorway concessionaire and operator to VINCI Concessions, AVAX Concessions, AKTOR Concessions, and GEK TERNA.

- Eurobank and National Bank of Greece, in implementation of the framework agreement with HELLENiQ RENEWABLES, on the issuance by HELLENiQ RENEWABLES Wind Parks of Evia S.M.S.A. of a secured bond loan of an amount up to €86,294,000 and on the issuance by KOZILIO ENA S.M.S.A. of a secured bond loan of an amount up to € 133,400,000;
- Piraeus Bank and Eurobank with regards to the provision of financing (along with Recovery and Resilience Facility funds by the Greek State) of an overall amount of €195,137,666 to the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator for the implementation of its eligible investment plan, being the installation of smart meters;
