Petrina focuses on international and domestic taxation, with an emphasis on fund structuring and cross-border transactions. She advises private equity sponsors, asset managers and multinational groups on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financing transactions and investor distributions. Her experience also includes advising on the structuring of alternative investment funds and continuation funds, as well as on private equity, credit and real estate investments involving multiple jurisdictions. She has been involved in projects relating to complex international tax issues, investor repatriation strategies and cross-border reorganizations.
