Stelios has considerable experience in advising corporations in agency, distribution, franchise, joint venture agreements and particular knowledge in litigation regarding enforcement proceedings and commercial lease disputes. He has represented clients from the financial services sector in contentions relating to financial instruments, corporate disputes, directors’ liability, minority shareholders’ rights and lending activities. He also has extensive experience in global anti-corruption investigations, white collar crime cases representing top executive members of a multi national pharmaceutical company in criminal cases and investigations in Greece and abroad.

Furthermore, he was involved as attorney of defence in the major criminal cases Energa-Hellas Power and De Puy-Johnson and Johnson regarding criminal offences of money laundering, fraud and embezzlement. Stelios finally has acted as tribunal secretary in more than twelve ICC international arbitrations regarding construction concession contracts as well as maritime disputes and has vast litigation experience in civil and criminal cases. Stelios was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2002 and joined our firm in 2019. He is admitted before the Court of Cassation in Greece (Areios Pagos)- Highest Court in the Greek Judiciary.
