Koutalidis Law Firm is pleased to announce that it advised Fraport Greece in connection with the sale and transfer by Marguerite of the entirety of its stake in Fraport Greece to a large US infrastructure investor, Blackstone.
Fraport Greece operates 14 regional airports across Greece under a 40-year concession, including the airports of Thessaloniki, Corfu, Rhodes, Chania (Crete), Mykonos and Santorini. Since the commencement of the concession in 2017, the regional airport network has undergone extensive modernization and expansion, with passenger traffic reaching over 37 million in 2025.
