Koutalidis Law Firm is pleased to announce that it advised ContourGlobal, a KKR company, and its four wholly owned special purpose vehicles, on the successful completion of its inaugural financing in Greece.
The transaction included four secured bond loans fully subscribed by Eurobank S.A., of an aggregate amount of €43.8 million, relating to the refinancing of existing indebtedness of the recently acquired portfolio of operating photovoltaic parks located across Greece with a total installed capacity of approximately 36.7 MW.
This transaction marks ContourGlobal’s first financing in the Greek market and further underscores its commitment to investing in the energy transition and the development of renewable energy infrastructure in Greece.
