Koutalidis Law Firm is proud to have advised Alpha Bank in relation to the issuance of €600,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Green Senior Preferred Notes due 2032 under its €15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, which are listed and admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE).
The issuance received demand exceeding €1.5 billion and was oversubscribed 3 times the initial target. Notably, 80% of the issuance was placed with investors outside Greece, confirming the strong international confidence in Alpha Bank’s creditworthiness and strategic direction.
The order book was managed by AXIA, Crédit Agricole CIB, Commerzbank AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, and UniCredit, appointed as Joint Bookrunners.
