Koutalidis Law Firm is pleased to announce that it advised Piraeus Bank on the issuance by Aktor Concessions SA of a secured bond loan of up to €275 million. Piraeus is appointed as the bondholder agent and paying agent and will subscribe the total amount of the bond loan.
The proceeds from the issuance of the bond loan shall be directed, among other purposes, towards the refinancing of Aktor Concessions’ existing debt and for general corporate purposes. A first drawdown of an amount of €177 million took place on 28th January 2025 subscribed by Piraeus.
