Ancient Greek Sandals is a premium Greek footwear brand, internationally recognised for handcrafted sandals inspired by ancient Greek heritage. Camper is a leading international footwear company known for its distinctive design and long-standing global presence.
Founders Nikolas Minoglou and Christina Martini, together with co-owner Yiannis Vagenas, retain minority stakes in the company and will continue in their senior management roles.
Koutalidis advised the selling shareholders on all aspects of the transaction through to closing.
