The Offering was addressed: (i) to retail and qualified investors by means of a public offer in Greece and (ii) to qualified investors by means of a private placement outside Greece.
The Share Capital Increase of ADMIE Holding S.A was oversubscribed 14 times, indicating strong investor appetite, ample liquidity and growing confidence in the Greek equity market.
ADMIE Holding S.A. holds a 51% stake in the Independent Power Transmission Operator S.A. (IPTO or ADMIE). The purpose of the Share Capital Increase was to fund the ADMIE (IPTO) Holding S.A.’s pro rata participation in the €1.0 billion share capital increase of IPTO, which shall allow IPTO to support the implementation of its 2026-2029 Strategic Plan, set out in the Ten-Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP), which contemplates approximately €6.0 billion in capital expenditures for the expansion and upgrade of the power transmission system including major internal and cross-border interconnection projects, such as (i) the Dodecanese Interconnection, (ii) the North Aegean Interconnection and (iii) the Second Greece–Italy Interconnection.
