Koutalidis Law Firm is proud to announce its role as Greek legal counsel to Olympia Group, on the acquisition by its subsidiary Sunlight Group of 100% of Triathlon Holding GmbH, a German company with extensive experience and a worldwide presence in the development and assembly of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries for the intralogistics and energy-storage markets. CMS, with an international team headed by Dr Igor Stenzel, acted as international legal counsel to Sunlight Group on this transaction.
