We’re delighted to share that the Aegean Motorway S.A. (AMSA) Refinancing has been recognized as Best Road Deal in CEE at the EMEA Finance – Achievement and Project Finance Awards 2024!
Koutalidis Law Firm advised Aegean Motorway S.A., concessionaire of the ca. 230km Maliakos-Kleidi section of the PATHE Motorway, in connection with the refinancing of more than €400 million of debt – a significant transaction for one of Greece’s most strategic transport corridors.
This award reflects the continued excellence of our Project Finance team in navigating complex financial transactions that promote infrastructure development, enhance regional connectivity, and support economic growth.
