Koutalidis Law Firm has advised Alpha Bank S.A. on the successful completion of its landmark reverse merger by absorption of its parent entity, Alpha Services and Holdings S.A., and the subsequent listing of Alpha Bank’s new shares on the Main Market of the Athens Exchange (AthEx).
The transaction was completed following the publication of the Ministry of Development’s approval on 27 June 2025, marking a significant milestone in Alpha Bank’s corporate evolution by streamlining its governance structure and enhancing transparency. On the same day, the ATHEX approved the listing of the new shares of Alpha Bank, issued in the context of the reverse merger.
