(a subsidiary of HOCHTIEF PPP SOLUTIONS GMBH), AKTOR CONCESSIONS Single Member S.A., AVAX CONCESSIONS Single Member S.A. and SunMind Greece Single Member S.A. (a subsidiary of VINCI CONCESSIONS SAS), as sponsors of the project company under the corporate name NEW GOOD ENERGY S.A., in connection with the issuance of a common secured bond loan, among other purposes, for the full repayment and discharge of the issuer’s existing credit facilities.
National Bank of Greece S.A. acted as bondholder agent and paying agent and subscribed for the total amount of the bond loan, which was fully drawn on 19th December 2025.
NEW GOOD ENERGY S.A. is a Greek solar park operator in Attica and Fthiotida, with nine photovoltaic (PV) parks with a combined capacity of 9 MWp and an output of roughly 14 GWh per year. It serves a long-term supply of renewable electricity to Aegean Motorway, a 230-kilometre (143-mile) route connecting the Maliakos Gulf and Kleidi along the A1 motorway, which will be delivered under a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA).
