Koutalidis Law Firm is pleased to announce that it acted as legal advisor to Alpha Bank in connection with the successful acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Alkanor S.M.S.A., a company controlled by DIMAND S.A. and owning the landmark mixed-use real estate complex formerly housing the iconic MINION department store.
This modern real estate complex of c. 13,787 sq.m. is located in Athens, at the 28th Oktovriou, Veranzerou, Dorou and Satovriandou streets, and has been awarded LEED Gold certification under the internationally recognized rating system of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
We advised Alpha Bank throughout all stages of the transaction, providing comprehensive legal support, including the conduct of full legal due diligence on both the real estate assets and the target company, as well as assistance with the negotiation, drafting of the share purchase agreement and closing of the transaction.
