Koutalidis Law Firm is pleased to announce that it advised Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. on the successful acquisition of 100% of the shares of HIGR S.A., a Hines Management Group Inc controlled company and owner of Academy Gardens Retail Park — a high-value commercial complex of more than 22,000 sq.m. on Kifisou Avenue, Attica, hosting a wide mix of retail stores, office premises, and F&B outlets, including major international brands.
We supported Alpha Real Estate Services throughout the full lifecycle of the transaction — from deal structuring and comprehensive legal due diligence on both the asset and the target company, to negotiation, signing and completion of the share purchase agreement.
