We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Alpha Bank’s acquisition of 100% of AXIA Ventures Group Ltd, a leading investment banking firm with a strong presence in key international markets. Completion took place on 15 December 2025 following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals.
The transaction marks a key milestone in Alpha Bank’s strategic expansion of its investment banking and capital markets capabilities. Following completion, Axia will be combined with Alpha Finance and Alpha Bank’s Investment Banking unit, creating a leading Investment Banking & Capital Markets platform across Greece and Cyprus.
