We are pleased to announce that Koutalidis Law Firm is advising Sunlight Group and Olympia Group of Companies on the Greek law aspects of Sunlight Group’s currently ongoing strategic realignment and internal restructuring.
As part of this initiative, Sunlight Group has agreed to divest from Voltabox AG, while it plans to and acquire Voltamobil, a company specializing in high-voltage battery solutions, strengthening its position in the energy storage market. Additionally, through this series of transactions, Olympia Group of Companies and Sunlight Group gain control over an additional 12% of Sunlight Group’s shares, previously held by GBD, further consolidating their strategic focus and marking .
This marks an important step in optimizing Sunlight Group’s portfolio and unlocking value through greater management focus and incentivization.
