We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition by Aegean Baltic Holding AG (an acquisition vehicle controlled by Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis) of a majority stake in Aegean Baltic Bank S.A.. This transaction, signed in April 2024 and now completed following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, marks an important milestone in the Greek financial sector.
